Dear David:

I have been a customer since visiting the location at South Hairston and Redan Road, so this letter is way overdue.  The location on Covington Highway has great food and a great atmosphere, but the service is outstanding.  The young people, who work there, never cease to amaze me.  They are an extraordinary group of young individuals who know how to treat customers and make them feel great about their purchases.  I am so proud to have a place in my neighborhood where I know that my purchase is appreciated, and that I will get unparalleled customer service every time.  I’m always acknowledged (even when their busy) when I walk to the counter, their extremely courteous, they call me by name, and I’m always thanked for my purchase.  This is not only the front counter employees, but the cooks and the people who work in the back as well.  These young employee’s will not only keep Davido’s successful, but they are learning the basic principles of business-take care of your customers.    

I compare all the places I go with the level of service I get from Davido’s.  Please keep up the fabulous work that you are doing in your community.
